Booking was easy, easy enough, but when I got there the garage had already closed earlier than what parkwhiz showed. Really frustrating, really frustrating, especially since I was counting on that spot.

I had to cancel my spot quickly after booking, plans changed, as they always seem to do right when you think you're organized. Anyway, the cancellation was simple, and the refund showed up without any hassle. that’s all I was hoping for.

Parking was totally fine, and the entrance instructions were actually really helpful. I did have to read them twice because the sign was small, which made me wonder if they assume people will already know where to look. But once I figured it out, getting in was easy. I’d use it again.

Used ParkWhiz for a concert downtown and it worked out well. The price was better than just pulling up to the garage, and booking was simple enough. I liked knowing ahead of time what I was paying, especially with all the random fees Everywhere now. I probably saved around $10, which isn’t huge but still nice. Only reason I’d say 4 stars is the garage entrance was a little confusing at first, but for the value, I’d use it again.

I was just trying to make a simple payment, but somehow it turned into a whole mess. They ended up charging me twice, and now I have to spend extra time getting it fixed. Really frustrating for something that should’ve been straightforward

parkwhiz was really easy to use. I found a spot near the venue quickly, checkout made sense, and pulling up the pass was straightforward. Nothing was buried in weird menus or made more complicated than it needed to be, which is all you want with parking.

I’ve used ParkWhiz a handful of times now, and overall it’s been convenient! Most of the time, I can find a decent spot at a good price without much hassle, which is a huge relief before an event. The last time I used it, though, the lot was overbooked and I had to wait while they sorted everything out. That part was definitely frustrating and added some stress I wasn’t expecting. To be fair, support did help and I eventually got parked, so it worked out in the end. I’d still probably use ParkWhiz again because the prices are usually solid, but I hope the overbooking thing doesn’t happen again

I used ParkWhiz for a garage downtown, i thought it went well. The attendant was super professional and stayed calm even though a bunch of cars were coming in at the same time. He checked my pass quickly and pointed me exactly where to go, which I appreciated. I’m giving it 4 stars only because getting out took a little longer than I expected, but overall, I was happy with it

I even left a few minutes early, which never happens because I’m usually running around looking for my keys or deciding if I need a coffee for a 20-minute drive. Anyway, I got to the lot and it was completely full. The attendant basically just shrugged and said they overbook sometimes, which was frustrating because, you know, the whole point was that I had already reserved a spot. I ended up driving around and paying more at another place nearby. To be fair, getting the refund wasn’t that difficult, but it still kind of defeated the purpose and added a bunch of stress I was specifically trying to avoid.

I had trouble getting my ticket to scan at the gate, which was frustrating. I get that technology can act up, but it feels only fair that the entry process should be simple and reliable when people have already paid and are just trying to get in.

I booked a spot ahead of time thinking it would make parking easy, but when I got there, the lot still didn’t have any spaces available. To me, that kind of defeats the purpose of making a reservation in the first place. Frustrating experience...

The lot felt really secure and I felt good leaving my car there. Easy experience overall.

We just parked, walked over, saw the show, and then afterward it was a quick walk back to the car without wandering around or stressing about where we left it. Super simple, no drama. I’d definitely use it again.

It sent me about two blocks away from the actual garage. The directions sounded so sure of themselves that I assumed I was in the right spot, but nope, I ended up walking around trying to figure out where the entrance actually was.

The place looked clean enough and seemed well kept. The lights were working fine too, which made me feel alright leaving my car there for a few hours. I didn’t have any issues, though I’m still not completely sure how it would be at busier times or overnight.

The mobile app works fine overall, but it loads slow about half the time, which gets kinda annoying when I’m just trying to use it quickly.
