"ParkWhiz keeps your money even when event is canceled"
I paid for a parking spot with ParkWhiz when I purchased tickets for a concert. The concert was canceled but ParkWhiz will not return my money. When going on their site it says that my money has been refunded and they also sent me an email saying my money will be refunded due to the concert being canceled. After reaching out to customer service they have given me a credit saying it is courtesy credit and I am not entitled to a refund. They keep saying the refund has to come from where I purchased the concert tickets even though on my bank account it shows the money was taken out from ARRIVE which is who their customer service rep confirmed was there method of taking the payment.

"This is the worst app"
This is the worst app. provides no real value. several times i have used this app to reserve a spot and the lot was full. had to go through the process to get a refund. today i used the app for parking and the app wasnt working. i had to pay out of pocket and the garage told me to call them to get a refund. when i sent the receipt showing them that i had paid the garage directly, they only gave me a credit back. when i showed them that i was in fact at the correct garage, they told me they could no longer give me a refund since i was already given a credit, but they will escalate and i will hear back in 3-5 days. completely useless app. nice people in customer service, but they are ineffective due to company policies.

"Why should I use the app when I can get a better rate just driving up?"
I paid a total of $36.04 ($34 before taxes); I booked 2 days in advance.
I got to the garage and their all day special was $28.72.

"HIGH PRICES BAD SERVICE"
1st off I was told by a friend that I would get a code for my 1st time using the app, they reached out to me and said use the bar above to find a code, no bar with a code, I replied back and no answer, so no code. I get to the parking lot and find out that the parking is $15 not $23...my friend said Ill pay and submit your refund. I cancelled the parking pass as soon as we arrived, no answer I had to call them and follow up the day after. Not sure why the company offers a QR code for it to be scanned to make sure it was used and they have no way of checking. I'll never use this again, I rather take my chances on going to a garage to see what they pay. Looks like I'm not the only one who has issues, I bet when I would've arrive they wouldn't accept it anyhow.

ParkWhiz took my money but in fact made no reservation for a space at the parking lot. As it turned out, there was still room at the lot. But the parking lot attendant told me he regularly turns away people who think they made a reservation through ParkWhiz but for whom the lot does not have room. Never, ever will I use ParkWhiz again.

"Parkwiz disaster"
Using parkwiz was a complete disaster from start to finish. Provided barcode wouldn’t allow entry or exit from garage. The garage call box contacted people who couldn’t speak English and hung up on me 5 times. The only way I could enter the garage was to get a ticket from the entrance box. The only way I could exit the garage was by An employee who was leaving and saw I was having issues.

Went to the address that was on their website where I paid for it. It was the wrong garage so I had to pay again. Contacted them via email. They asked for entrance receipt and payment receipt. Provided both and haven’t heard from them in days

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!"
Not only did ParkWhiz not save me money when I parked in midtown Manhattan, it COST me money. Because of its misleading language about what constitutes "oversized", I paid $10 extra to park my compact SUV when it turned out that I didn't need to. When I complained to company reps, I received a total runaround. I will never use this app again!

"Disappointed"
I was scheduled to meet a friend, only to discover that she was turned away upon arrival at the parking lot by an attendant who told her she was at the wrong location. This was not true; her parking was prepaid and she had to park elsewhere and pay another fee. And, the attendant was rude which put a damper on the start of the evening!

"Over charger and Lies"
First I was charger over $60. When I got there the same parking was only $30. Lots of other parking at $20. The app statement that the arena I went to was only .2miles from parking. No, lié, it was over a mile away. My wife had high heels and it was extremely hard for Her. I am very upset with this company. Nothing was true.

"We paid for parking at the chapel lot…"
We paid for parking at the chapel lot at Copper Mountain. We prepaid $45.00 per day MONTHS in advance. We prepaid for a week. This is a reservation only parking. One of the days the lot was full and I was not able to park in the lot. Had to drive to a lot and take a bus to the resort.

"Terrible Customer Service"
Pre-paid for parking but when we arrived, the attendant asked what time we were leaving. After telling him, he said they were closing in 30 minutes due to nightly repairs. That was annoying but not the fault of ParkWhiz.

When I contacted ParkWhiz customer support, they were not helpful. They asked for receipts for where I ended up parking and were not helpful at promptly refunding the money I paid for parking.

Terrible customer support.

"Paid for purple parking zone at Sofi"
Update: finally made it right and refunded my money after a month. I had to trash them on social media. Do better! Paid for purple parking zone at Sofi, not cheap. When we arrived we were directed away and told it was full. Had to park far away and it was raining. Now ParkWhiz is ignoring me. I’ll never use them again total rip off

"They're Rated F at the BBB"
The parking pass Park Whiz sold me was advertised as an add-on at Ticketmaster to be used for a specific concert. What I apparently received was a parking pass good for a random time frame of Park Whiz's choosing, with false information on the ticket that there would be an attendant, and that the pass was good for two hours after the event ends, which was also not true.

The pass clearly states that it's good until 10:30PM or 2 hours after the event. Since the event ended at 11:30PM as scheduled, that means it's supposed to be good until 1:30AM. I power walked to the garage after the concert but had to pay again to be able to leave the parking garage less than 10min after the event. Since there was no attendant as they'd promised, there was nobody to talk to and I had no choice but to pay again to be able to exit.

Park Whiz claims I stayed for an "extra chunk of time" and that I was supposed to leave the garage BY 10:30PM, which isn't what their pass says, and would be BEFORE the concert was over. Customer service just replies that I was rightfully double charged & then ignores any further responses.

I contacted the parking garage as I was getting nowhere with Park Whiz. Fortunately the parking facility manager was very helpful, he verified with the venue that the event ended at 11:30PM as scheduled, that the pass Park Whiz sold me was full of false information on it, and only after he got in touch with his Park Whiz contact was I refunded because he was making such a stink. There's a reason Park Whiz has an F rating at the BBB.

"I tried to park at 948 10th Street…"
I tried to park at 948 10th Street Sacramento on 3/27. I reserved on Friday 3/24 so I could get the $3 all day rate. The website said to show the QR code upon entering, but you cant, you have to pull a ticket and pay/validate when you are leaving. Then, when I wanted to leave, DRAMA: I tried scanning the QR code many many times with the validation machine. DOES NOT WORK. Then, I tried to leave through the gate. I had to call ParkWhiz, have them on the line, which does nothing, they arent involved in the mechanics of the gate. Then I had to push the button to talk to a remote attendant at the gate. After umteen more tries to scan the QR code at the gate, either it worked (doubt) or the attendant just passed me through -? Dont know. Never trust this app to park again. Be more clear on procedures, and how to use the service!!!! They tried to get me to pay $25, when I reserved for $3 after I went all day relying on my reservation!!
